At Jefferson Elementary, we are committed to educating, inspiring, and empowering every student to reach their full potential.
We will:
Provide every student with meaningful, rigorous learning experiences that build knowledge, curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.
Create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where every student feels seen, valued, and heard.
Develop lifelong learners who demonstrate Integrity, Safety, Engagement, and Excellence (I.S.E.E.) in their learning and in their community.
Hold high expectations for all students while providing the support each student needs to grow and succeed.
Partner with families and our community to support the academic, social, and emotional growth of every child.
Honor our commitment that All Means All by examining our practices, removing barriers, and ensuring every student has access to opportunities to learn, belong, and thrive.
Welcome to Jefferson Elementary! It is an honor and a privilege to continue serving as your principal. After an incredible year of learning, growing, and building relationships together, I am grateful for the opportunity to continue leading a school community filled with amazing students, dedicated staff, and families who care deeply about their children’s success.
At Jefferson, we believe every child deserves to feel safe, seen, supported, and challenged to grow. Our work is about more than academic achievement. We are helping students develop the skills, confidence, relationships, and character they need to be successful both in and beyond the classroom.
Our values of I.S.E.E.—Integrity, Safety, Engagement, and Excellence—guide how we learn, work, and care for one another. We intentionally teach, model, practice, and reinforce these expectations so our students understand what it means to be part of the Jefferson community.
Our theme, One Team. One Goal. Champion Mindset., reminds us that success is something we build together. A Champion Mindset means being willing to learn, accepting feedback, persevering through challenges, celebrating growth, supporting others, and continuing to work toward becoming our best.
Families are an essential part of our team. We value open communication and authentic partnership between home and school. I encourage you to stay connected, ask questions, share your ideas, celebrate successes with us, and reach out when you need support or clarification. When our school and families
work together with students at the center, we create the conditions for every child to thrive.
I am incredibly proud to continue being the principal of Jefferson Elementary and of the work we are building together. Thank you for trusting us with your children each day and for being an important part of our Jefferson community.
I look forward to another year of learning, growing, celebrating, and showing what is possible when we work together as One Team with One Goal and a Champion Mindset.
As part of the state accountability system, the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) produces report cards for every district and school in Wisconsin.
